Coastal Island Apparel Shipping Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Coastal Island Apparel. Every order is made especially for you through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is custom produced after your order is placed, processing and shipping times may vary.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped.

  • Economy Shipping: Approximately 4–8 business days (available on select products)
  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–5 business days within the United States
  • Priority Shipping: Approximately 2–3 business days (available for eligible products)
  • International Shipping: Delivery times generally range from 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping destination, selected shipping method, and fulfillment partner. Shipping costs are separate from product prices.

International Orders

We proudly ship to many countries around the world.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced by different fulfillment partners and shipped separately. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages on different delivery dates.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we will gladly assist with locating delayed shipments, Coastal Island Apparel cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Other events outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Printify generally offers a replacement or refund for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 30 days of delivery.
